Brown Rice Salad

Brown Rice

225 gm

Capsicum

1 small

Spring onion (chopped)

Tomato (chopped)

2 small

lemon

½ tsp

Olive oil

1 tbsp

Salt

As per taste

Black pepper

As per taste

Garlic

2 cloves

 

 

Method:
1. Take over night soaked rice and cook them.
2. Now mix chopped capsicum, tomato, onion with the cooked rice
3. Take a bowl, squeeze the lemon, and mix it with the olive oil, salt and black pepper, garlic paste as well.
4. Now pour on to the rice salad, toss nicely serve and enjoy.
